Putting the Food Carts to Sleep

Walking home one night (and craving falafal incidentally), i saw all these dudes pushing food carts. It was strange. Some of them actually have motors in them. anyway... they were all going in to this garage. It was like the food carts were going to sleep for the night.

I wonder what they talk about in the final moments before slumber.
